This group is for young adults (ages 16-25+) who struggle with social skills. The group will meet weekly and will focus on the following topics:
Communication skills: How to start and maintain conversations, how to give and receive feedback, how to express feelings assertively.
Friendship skills: How to make friends, how to maintain friendships, how to deal with conflict in friendships.
Relationship skills: How to date, how to build romantic relationships, how to deal with relationship problems.
The group will be led by specialized teachers who will provide guidance and support to participants through the use of structured lesson plans that engage the participants in various activities. The group is a safe and supportive space where participants can learn and practice new social skills.
